Meet Charla Marsh, a passionate dancer and dedicated teacher with a lifetime of experience! Charla began her dance journey at the age of three and has been dancing for an incredible 35 years. Her love for dance is matched only by her love for her family. She’s been happily married to her husband, Robby, for 12 years, and together they have two wonderful children: Teagan (11) and Wilder (8). Their home is also filled with furry and feathered friends, including two dogs, Jake and Penny, two cats, Butters and Maple, and two adorable guinea pigs, Oakley and Brownie.
When she’s not in the dance studio, Charla enjoys spending time reading, attending church, and traveling – especially to her favorite destination, Disney! She has a deep love for her "dance babies," ranging in age from 3 to 18, and treasures watching them grow year after year. Saying goodbye when they graduate is always the hardest part of her job.
This year at CSD, Charla hopes to inspire growth and a passion for dance in each dancer she works with. Most importantly, she aims to create a welcoming space where every dancer feels at home. Charla’s dedication and love for her students shine through in everything she does, and she can’t wait for another amazing year of dance!
Jami Lyn Frisbie has been dancing for an incredible thirty-one years and brings a lifetime of passion and experience to the studio. She’s married and a proud mom to three amazing children—and let’s not forget the newest member of her family, a rescue dog who has already captured their hearts.
When she’s not dancing (which is obviously a favorite), Jami Lyn enjoys exercising, reading whenever she finds a bit of downtime, spending time with her family and friends, and snuggling up with her kids for movie nights.
For Jami Lyn, the studio isn’t just a workplace—it’s a home. She cherishes every moment spent with the dancers, finding joy in showing them love, supporting them through all the phases of their lives, and watching them grow as if they were her own. Teaching them how to navigate the dance floor while being part of their life journey is a privilege she holds close to her heart.
Jami Lyn also treasures the relationships she shares with her fellow staff members, who she lovingly calls her “dream team” and second family. And, of course, she finds happiness in simply dancing every day—because it’s impossible to dance and not feel joy!
Looking ahead, Jami Lyn is excited to see the continued growth and success of the studio and its dancers. She hopes for countless smiles and cherished moments as they move through the year together.
Peyton Walls has been passionate about dance for as long as she can remember. She has danced for an impressive seventeen years and has been sharing her love for the art by teaching dance for the past two. As the youngest of two siblings, Peyton has an older sister, Britany, and is a proud aunt to her wonderful niece, Olivia, and nephew, Wyatt. Her family also includes
two lovable dogs, Waffles and Pickles, who bring plenty
of joy to her life.
When she's not dancing or teaching, Peyton loves to spend her time reading, cooking, and baking. But her favorite part of coming to the studio is seeing the little dancers light up with excitement as they learn and everything starts to click for them. Their energy and joy inspire her every day and remind her how fortunate she is to be part of their journey.
This year, Peyton hopes to see CSD dancers find true happiness and connection within the studio, embracing it as a family. She believes the studio is more than just a place to dance-it's a home for many, and she hopes it continues to be a safe, loving space for everyone who needs it.
